// Club Rules
The Nitro Code
Respect the Road. Respect Each Other.
These rules exist to keep our community safe, respected, and welcome to all. Every member agrees to them the moment they join a Nitro drive.
Code of Conduct
The standards every Nitro member is expected to uphold.
Respect Every Member
Treat fellow members, guests, and the public with courtesy at all times. No discrimination, harassment, or hostility of any kind will be tolerated.
Authenticity First
No ego. No gatekeeping. We welcome all makes, models, and experience levels — from first-time drivers to seasoned enthusiasts.
Represent the Club
Your behaviour on and off the road reflects on Nitro. Uphold our values in every interaction, online and in person.
Follow Organiser Instructions
Listen to event organisers and convoy leads. Their guidance keeps everyone safe and events running smoothly.
Safety Expectations
What we require of you and your vehicle on every event.
Road Legal Always
Your vehicle must be roadworthy, taxed, insured, and MOTed. No exceptions. If it is not legal, it is not on the drive.
Obey All Traffic Laws
Stick to speed limits, observe road signs, and drive to the conditions. The road is not a track — save it for the circuit.
No Reckless Driving
No racing, no street takeovers, no showing off. Reckless behaviour endangers everyone and has no place in Nitro.
Be Prepared
Carry a charged phone, know your route, and have a breakdown plan. If something goes wrong, alert the convoy lead immediately.
Respectful Driving Policies
The non-negotiables that keep our convoys safe and respected on every road we travel.
Keep a safe following distance — at least two seconds in dry conditions, more in the wet.
Indicate early and clearly. Give fellow drivers time to react and adjust.
Use convoy discipline: follow the lead car, do not overtake within the group, and wait at junctions to keep the pack together.
Respect the local community — no revving in residential areas, no littering, no excessive noise late at night.
Park considerately at meet points. Do not block access roads, driveways, or emergency routes.
If a member of the public has an issue, stay calm, be polite, and escalate to an organiser — never engage aggressively.
// Enforcement
These Rules Aren’t Optional
Breaches may result in a warning, removal from an event, or permanent removal from the club. The committee’s decision is final and made in the interest of every member’s safety and the reputation of Nitro.
